It has been a little over a year since Moon's installed my new unit and it has worked extremely well, just as they projected.
They have also serviced my unit over the seasons and I have been extremely pleased with its operation and the comfort/climate that it provides!

I reached out to Moon's about a new 4-ton unit for our house after getting a quote from a competitor. Moon's pricing was several thousand dollars better, and they walked me through the pros and cons of the different options for SEER, heat system, etc. They were able to schedule and complete installation quickly and came back a couple of days later to adjust air flow to make sure the system was heating evenly in different parts of the house. I'd recommend them 100%.

I just want to update my review. My family and myself have had a contract with Moon's Air for several years. They came out just this week, and there was a problem with my system not putting out warm air. The technicians (Aaron, Daniel, Jaycob) diagnosed the problem and subsequently fixed it.
I highly recommend Moon's Air, and I also believe that the semi-annual maintenence saves a good deal of money, especially with regards to helping your current HVAC system last for a long time.
