We have used Moon's for many years! The owner, Billy Lusby really takes care of his customers!!!! We recently had our tune up and had a great service technician, Wayne! He was very knowledgeable, professional and hard worker! Lorinda also does a great job for Moon's ! She deals with all the customers setting up appointments, reminders, etc. She is so nice and friendly!

Moon's Air was the AC team selected by the builder. They knew the nuts and bolts of the house so I tested their knowledge and customer service. Five years later we are still on their twice a year maintenance plan. Billy remains committed to service after install and Lorenda (sp?) in the office is amazing. Guys in the field are communicative and timely.
