Moon's never ceases to impress me. They called me for my second A/C check/tune up that was included with my installation over a year ago and I had totally forgotten that was even included! in addition to professional, on time, high quality, responsive and good value add integrity! They could have easily skipped this and I never would have remembered.
Very professional. Great value for money. Would never use another AC contractor.

UPDATED 09/23/2023 These folks came out this past week to do a 6-month maintenance check that was included with my installation contract from back in March of this year. The guys did THE most thorough checkup of a heating/cooling than I have seen in all my 60+ years of life. So they are still 5/5 stars to me :)
It is rare for me to be satisfied with a company in every aspect of my dealings with them, but I confidently give Moon's Air a 5/5 rating. It was a bit of an ordeal working with me I am sure due to the fact that I had a couple of maybe-not-common things I needed them to work into my new A/C system installation. It was not just a cut-and-dry give me an estimate then immediately come out to perform the work. From start to finish, each and every person I dealt with at Moon's Air had a good attitude AND a good sense of humor, which is of the utmost importance when dealing with me! They were all professional and seemed well-versed in the various positions they hold within the company. Jason came out promptly took a look at what we were working with, gave me a solid estimate, and answered all emails and phone calls in very quick fashion. Preston and Tyler came to do the installation once everything I wanted was finally in place. They were so much fun to have in my home...again, I need folks with a sense of humor! They were calm and methodical, answered questions I didn't know I had, and just did an all-around great job. I also met Mr. Billy once...the overall good attitude and work ethic obviously starts from the top down. After the installation, a wonderful lady (I am SO sorry that I cannot recall her name...old age has brought to me a memory that is not great) to follow up to make sure I was satisfied and to let me know how to manage my warranty registration and such. I am relieved to know that in the future I have these reliable folks to call on for any HVAC issues I might have, instead of just calling around randomly (I am relatively new to the area) in hopes of finding someone reputable and reliable. Give them a chance to EARN your business!
Always courteous and always willing to help out as soon as possible with a/c problems. My a/c quit late one Friday afternoon just as out of town guests arrived for the weekend. Panicked in the triple digit heat, I called Moon's. Mr Lusby himself came out immediately and had the unit running in no time at all. A real lifesaver! Good people!
Everyone at Moon's is top notch. They were referred by one of Shreveport's most established commercial HVAC company's and they lived up to the endorsement/recommendation.
Jason came out and evaluated my equipment, gave me different options based on the size of my home, solar orientation, construction, and electrical capability.
The office staff followed up with me and made sure that I was satisfied with the work and service that Moon's had provided.
I wish that every person's major mechanical experiences could go this well. Looking forward to using my new equipment for many years to come!
